ewa-marine AV110 autofocus adapter
The AV110 was used by us for the use of autofocus lenses in the products of the U-A.. Series. The AV110 forms the fixed connection between the tripod thread of the camera and the optical front glass of the housing. This ensures that the lens can adjust when focusing in length without having to fight against the resistance of the water. This also ensures that the water pressure does not affect the lens, otherwise this could be adjusted or even the AF motor may be damaged.
The AV110 is of course also suitable for use in the current housings of the U-F… Series.
The AV110 is a further development of the AV100. Housings designed for AV100 can also be used with the AV110. Cases designed for the older predecessor model AV90 can only be used with this (AV90 are still available as spare parts).
